This center was not equipped to handle children who fall even slightly outside a “perfect behavior” box. Our child was dismissed abruptly, with no prior warning, documentation, or collaborative plan. Communication was poor, expectations were unclear, and there was little effort to support our child before taking the most extreme step possible. The experience felt reactive and unprofessional.
