We are very happy with our experience at KRK daycare. Our niece loves her teachers and the interactions she gets to have with the staff and other kids. We did have one instance where another child was being aggressive towards our niece, which was handled by the staff with poise and respect. We were shown the camera footage of the incident, and the teachers handled both children professionally and gently and were very transparent with both us and the parents of the other child. Our toddler attended KRK Crabapple since October 2021 and we couldn't be happier with our experience there. The front desk staff and teachers are so nice, professional and really care about the children. We love getting numerous pictures and videos of our child every day and we really appreciate the lessons and fun activities they have planned for the kids! They have cameras and that make us more comfortable, I love to see my boy having fun!
As a longtime teacher at this location I’ve been working with the new owners Rich and Peggy for over 2 years. They are very friendly and have done an excellent job renovating the daycare and taking the steps necessary to create a safe and engaging environment, such as replacing wood chips on the playground with turf, getting all new toys and outdoor equipment, and introducing technologies like “tadpoles” to keep parents involved with their child’s daily activities. My son has been at this daycare for over a year and a half after transfering from a place we were no longer satisfied with. I must say Kids R kids has been a fantastic fit for my child! The teachers a wonderful and truly connect with my son. The administration team is also so friendly and helpful. I know he is safe a cared for as if he were at home. We have three children that have been attending this KRK location throughout the years. One in the toddler class, the after school program and now the summer camps. They are absolutely AMAZING! I can’t tell you how thrilled we are with this learning facility. The care and love all the teachers give to our kids is so genuine and the owners and fantastic!
