I love this school my children have been here since babies. Even when I moved, I still kept the same location because there is nothing like comfort while you’re working of knowing your children are safe, clean and under great supervision. The curriculum is awesome. Everyone always notices how advanced my children are. The teachers are great. The school has a family vibe to it. I would never think of bringing my children anywhere else. I had a deeply disappointing experience with Kids 'R' Kids Learning Academy of Suwanee. My toddler was essentially neglected during his time there. He was given a bottle and left in the same place for hours. As a new and understandably anxious 1-year-old, he was too scared to move and they just left him in a corner without any care or attention. I have a toddler that goes here and my toddler is well taken care of, my toddler has never been neglected, by any teacher here. The school is clean, friendly and informative about my child’s wellbeing. And when my child first started here the experience is top notch!! I appreciate every teacher that helped my child thrive while my child is attending here!
This place has amazing teachers and staff! They are so sweet to my baby girl Ivy and have always communicated with me about everything so we can help my baby grow up healthy and happy ❤️❤️❤️ I appreciate them so much. I know they don’t make a ton of money and they deal with so much everyday. I’m so glad I found this place!
Leaving a zero star to these kids R Kids location because of the reason below. The teacher-to-student ratio is the worst. It gets to the point where students are not being taken care of properly. Leading to the teachers not doing a proper job. When an incident happens the report is not being written or kept tracked off. To the point sometimes it doesn’t even get brought up to the parent unless the parent brings it up to them. Overall, it appears that “management” is not managing accordingly.
